About Tim

Resources for people who want to grow

Timothy Aderemi is a pastor at The Elevation Church in Lagos, a conference speaker, organisational psychologist and innovation consultant. Before full-time ministry he served as a personal assistant, business development manager and ministry associate, so he understands leadership from the inside of both church and business.

His calling is simple to say and demanding to live: create resources that make pastors and leaders more effective, and help every church, organisation and individual reach their full potential.

He studied Business Administration at Lagos State Polytechnic and Organisational Psychology at Atlantic International University, Honolulu. He is married to Rejoice, a fashion consultant at Rephyned Clothiers, and together they have a son, Samuel.

#TheBlessingOfPriority

On decision
The higher you go in leadership, the more chances you'll have to apologise. Leadership disrupts things and people. When you mess up, face up.
